We are excited to have local singer/songwriters, Mae McKoy and Shealyn Kite and to introduce to LaGrange - Atlanta-based teen singer/songwriter Vaeh.

Mae McKoy is a teen singer/songwriter near Atlanta, Georgia. Writing and composing what she calls “open-poetry-journal music,” she whisks listeners away into a whimsical yet nostalgic world where every detail is part of the story.

She is a multi-instrumentalist including guitar, piano, viola, and vocals. Her songs are instantly recognizable between her guitar percussion and hauntingly airy vocals.

When she’s not writing music, she’s working on her latest YA fantasy novel, musical/stageplay, or dressing her orange cat in home-knitted garments.

Shealyn Kite is a multi-instrumentalist playing violin, piano, and guitar and experiments with sounds and an array of tones in her music. Her first album, The Victor, was recorded for a Youtube Hunger Games series and consists of 9 songs. She has recently released the eerie yet, beautiful Ghost Me. 

Shealyn has performed twice at The Opelika Songwriter Festival on the teen stage, has had on stage performances at Pure Life House of Music including the Listen LaGrange Benefit Concert for Circles of Troup, as well as pageants and multiple competitions and plays.

Vaeh Hi! My name is Vaeh! I’m a 16 year old singer/songwriter from GA. I have had a passion for the arts since before I could even understand what that meant. The level of expression that can be found through music has always had a special place in my heart, and I hope to add to that level just like the plethora of those before me.
